In the South Bronx - New hotel site

Construction of this 57 guestroom hotel is underway. It is located in the Mott Haven section of the Grand concourse in the Bronx. The plans were approved in 2019.  It's attractive art deco buildings and close proximity to Manhatta, the southern portion has been experiencing gentrification and is drawing many young professionas moving to the area. Since the 2000s, the area around the Grand Concourse has been the center of what real state agents are calling a “renewal", with new residents moving in.
